The following points should be read carefully, as use of our website and the purchasing of products from it, means that you agree to them.


General Information

Chad's Boutique is based in England. Therefore, the laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions, and each sale is classed as being performed in the UK. Should any disputes arise, they will be decided in the courts of England.

As the colours displayed on screen can vary from monitor to monitor, the actual colour of the products (both designs and t-shirts) may differ slightly. It is our assumption that the customer understands this fully when purchasing from Chad's Boutique.

Products marked as "exclusive" can only be bought online at Chad's Boutique. However, we cannot guarantee that they will remain exclusive, and should the exclusivity cease on any pariticular design, the "exclusive" logo will be removed from the website.

 


Payment

Orders can be made either by Credit Card, Cheque or Postal Order. All credit/debit card details given are encrypted to ensure security. When purchasing online from outside the UK you must use a credit card.

When ordering, the customer details entered must match the credit/debit card used. This includes name and address. Invoices are sent to the card holders address, although you can have orders sent to a different address in the same country.

All prices displayed are in British pounds, however, a currency converter is provided, so that you may estimate the prices in other currencies. The currency converter is a guide and does not reflect current exchange rates.

Before processing your order, we will need to validate the price incase of any inaccuracies on the website. In the event that stocks of your order are not available, or the price listed on the website for your order is incorrect, you will be notified once the order is received. Should either circumstance arise, you may cancel the order and we will refund the money which you have paid.

 


Delivery

Delivery within the UK is free. Customers from outside the UK will be charged extra for delivery to their address.

Products are dispatched (if in stock) on receipt of your payment, and should reach you (in regards to the UK) within 7 days. However, incase of any unforeseen circumstance, which may impede dispatch, please allow 30 days for the delivery of your purchase. If an unexpected delay occurs with your order, we will contact you and explain the situation.

An estimated dispatch date is provided when an item is added to the cart. However, any dispatch dates provided by Chad's Boutique are an estimation only and cannot be considered accurate. We will endeavor to meet any quoted dates of delivery or dispatch, although we cannot be held responsible for failing to meet these dates.

If, after 7 days from the estimated dispatch date, you have not received your order, please contact us at, delivery@chadsboutique.com or 0161 427 7874. We will do our best to resolve the situation. As long as the product is still in stock, we will ensure that it reaches you as soon as possible, or you may cancel your order and obtain a full refund if you wish.

Should your chosen item be out of stock, and you decide not to cancel your order, please allow 30 days for delivery.

When ordering online outside of the UK, you will be notified of the delivery cost before you submit your credit card details.

When ordering outside the UK, please allow 30 days for delivery of your purchase.

 


Cancelling Your Order

Should you, for any reason, wish to cancel your order you must do so by the end of the seventh day of receiving your purchase.

When cancelling your order, you must contact us in writing, via letter, fax or email. See contact page for full address, fax and telephone numbers. When cancelling via email, contact us at, cancel@chadsboutique.com

 


Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you receive, we will be happy to exchange the garment or offer a full refund. Chad's Boutique must be informed of your decision to return the goods by the end of the seventh working day from when you received the product/s. However, the product must be returned 'as new', unused and in it's original packaging.

The customer is expected to pay for the cost of return postage (unless the garment is defective). It is recommended that any returns be sent via recorded delivery, to ensure that we have received them. These garment/s will be your responsibility until they reach us.

Returns should be sent to Chad's Boutique, 4th Floor Clayton House, 59 Piccadilly, Manchester, M1 2AQ, within 30 days of the date you received the product.

Proof of purchase must be provided when returning all goods.

Full refunds will be made within 30 days of the order being placed by the customer.

Should you fail to return unwanted goods, the representatives of Chad's Boutique are within their legal right to collect the garment, charging you for the transport costs incurred.

 


Returns
and Refunds (defective or damaged goods)

In the event that you receive goods which are damaged or defective, you should return the goods to Chad's Boutique, 4th Floor Clayton House, 59 Piccadilly, Manchester, M1 2AQ, by the end of the seventh working day from when you received the goods.

At your discretion we will either swap the goods for a product of the same price, or refund your money and delivery expenses.

When returning goods, they must be 'as new' and proof of purchase must be provided.

 


What is not covered

Fading or cracking of images on the tee shirts after reasonable usage.

Fading of the t-shirt colour after reasonable usage.

Damage caused, even accidently, after the delivery of the goods.

We are not responsible for damage caused in anyway to the garment, or any other garment or product, during washing and/or ironing. Please refer to the washing and ironing instructions provided with each tee shirt. It is advisable that the product is washed separately for its first wash.

 


Responsibility

Chad's Boutique accepts no liability for any accidents, damage or injuries incurred as a result of using any of our products improperly.

Any losses resulting from your use of our website are not our responsibility.

Should there be any failure or delay in the goods or services that we provide, which is due to circumstances that are beyond our control, Chad's Boutique cannot be held liable or in breach of contract. This, you accept when agreeing to the terms and conditions listed on our website.

In the event that we cannot supply the goods ordered, Chad's Boutique reserve the right to cancel any orders and refund the customer's payment in full.

 


Intellectual Property

All artwork and information featured on the Chad's Boutique website are protected by copyrights and trademarks. They are the property of their respective owners (Chad's Boutique or otherwise), and any use of this intellectual property, (other than when placing an order) without the prior consent of the respective owner is not permitted.

Chad's Boutique withhold the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, and without prior notification.
